Home One

Also known as the Headquarters Frigate.

This MC80a Mon Calamari Cruiser was Admiral Ackbar's flagship during the Battle of Endor. At the time, it was the Alliances largest ship. Designed by the Mon Calamari, it was a superb ship. It was difficult to repair, but the battle damage it acquired was so little, due to the strong shielding, that it didn't really matter. Home One had 29 turbolasers, 36 ion cannons, and multiple shield generators and tractor beam projectors. Along with its weaponry, it held 10 squadrons (120 ships) of starfighters.

Home One also served as the command center for the Alliance while they re-captured Coruscant. As newer, and stronger Mon Calamari cruisers were developed, Ackbar changed his flagship to the Defiance, and eventually the Galactic Voyager.
