Quecks was a captain of the SPCB Tactical Squad in the Phindar Spaceport during the Clone Wars. When attempting to take the droids Solice and Fidelis into custody, Solice stole his neural-net eraser, causing the rest of the squad to scatter. His life was spared and he ran off into the spaceport to get away from the battle that had just started.
