LIN-V8M

This droid was origionally built for setting explosives in ore and spice mines, but was converted to military use by the Empire. The LIN series was manufactured by Cybot Galactica. It was found out that these droids would malfunction in very humid conditions, and before the company could repair the droids, several exploded in mines killing hundreds. This caused them to label this series as dangerously unpredictable. LIN-V8M was aboard the first Death Star when it was destroyed.
